Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Costs:

 1. Domestic Shipping (UK Mainland)

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. In some cases, depending on product availability and nature, processing may take slightly longer.
• Made-to-order items require additional processing time and are generally shipped within 7 to 10 working days.
• Shipping to the UK Mainland is free of charge unless specified otherwise. We use Royal Mail Tracked (2 to 4 working days) or Evri for most shipments.
• Larger items are shipped via DPD or another suitable courier, based on size and weight.
• All orders are shipped using trackable delivery services, except for small items, which are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter.
• We work with trusted factories from around the world to bring you a unique selection of products. In some cases, your order may be shipped directly from the factory to ensure faster delivery. In this case your order will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. 

All items are sold individually unless specified otherwise. 

2. International Shipping

• For international orders, shipping costs are displayed at checkout once the item is added to the basket and the delivery address is entered.
• Items weighing less than 2 kg are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked, with a delivery window of 10 to 14 working days.
• Larger items are shipped via Evri, Parcelforce, or UPS, also with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 14 working days.
• If shipping costs are not displayed for your country, please contact us for a customized quote and estimated delivery time.

Additional Information:

• All international orders are shipped via trackable delivery services for added peace of mind.

For EU customers, all taxes are collected at the point of sale. You will not have to pay any additional import or customs charges on orders under €150. For USA customers, no additional import or customs charges apply on orders under $800 USD. In Australia, orders under $1,000 AUD are free from additional import or customs charges. For other countries, please contact us for further advice.

German:

"Für EU-Kunden werden alle Steuern beim Verkauf erhoben. Für Bestellungen unter 150 Euro müssen Sie keine zusätzlichen Einfuhr- oder Zollgebühren zahlen. Für Kunden in den USA fallen bei Bestellungen unter 800 USD keine zusätzlichen Einfuhr- oder Zollgebühren an. In Australien sind Bestellungen unter 1.000 AUD von zusätzlichen Einfuhr- oder Zollgebühren befreit."

French:

"Pour les clients de l'UE, toutes les taxes sont collectées au point de vente. Vous n'aurez pas à payer de frais de douane ou d'importation supplémentaires pour les commandes inférieures à 150 euros. Pour les clients aux États-Unis, aucune charge d'importation ou douanière supplémentaire n'est appliquée pour les commandes sous 800 USD. En Australie, les commandes sous 1 000 AUD sont exemptes de charges d'importation ou douanières supplémentaires."

Spanish:

"Para clientes de la UE, todos los impuestos se recaudan en el punto de venta. No tendrás que pagar cargos adicionales de importación o aduanas para pedidos bajo 150 euros. Para clientes en EE. UU., no hay cargos adicionales de importación o aduanas en pedidos bajo 800 USD. En Australia, los pedidos bajo 1,000 AUD están libres de cargos adicionales de importación o aduanas."

Dutch:

"Voor EU-klanten worden alle belastingen geïnd bij de verkoop. U hoeft geen extra invoer- of douanekosten te betalen voor bestellingen onder de 150 euro. Voor klanten in de VS zijn er geen extra invoer- of douanekosten voor bestellingen onder de 800 USD. In Australië zijn bestellingen onder de 1.000 AUD vrij van extra invoer- of douanekosten."

Italian:

"Per i clienti dell'UE, tutte le tasse sono raccolte al momento della vendita. Non dovrai pagare alcun costo aggiuntivo di importazione o doganale per ordini inferiori a 150 euro. Per i clienti negli USA, non ci sono costi aggiuntivi di importazione o doganali per ordini sotto 800 USD. In Australia, gli ordini sotto 1.000 AUD sono esenti da costi aggiuntivi di importazione o doganali."
